Job summary

White Cap is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Associate II in a on-site environment. The role supports loading, unloading, and shipping products, with duties including forklift operation, inventory recording, and potential yard work. We seek candidates with 2–5 years of experience, forklift proficiency, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in the area of responsibility.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Attention to detail.
• Spanish language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
• Picks, packs, and ships products to customers.
• Receives, counts, and records shipment information into the system.
• May work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard.
• Lifts and carries material up to 50 pounds.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
