Job summary

White Cap is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Associate II in New York. You will safely operate a forklift, pick, pack and ship products, and record shipment data in our system. You may work inside the warehouse or outdoors in the yard, and you must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of related experience, forklift familiarity, and comfort with hand and power tools. Attention to detail and Spanish language proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.
• Forklift experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
• Picks, packs, and ships products to customers.
• Receives, counts, and records shipment information into the system.
• May work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard.
• Lifts and carries material up to 50 pounds.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
