White Cap is hiring a Warehouse Associate II in California to contribute to safe loading, packing, and shipping of products. This role may operate in the warehouse or outdoor yard, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in daily tasks.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, forklift experience, and basic inventory recording. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and communicate in English and Spanish when needed.

Responsibilities

• May work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
