Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking a warehouse associate to support offloading, receiving, storage and distribution in a fast-paced environment. You will operate a forklift and cherry picker while recording movements and inventory changes in our proprietary system.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy and timely order fulfillment. Responsibilities include receiving inbound goods, stocking inventory, fulfilling orders to shipping lanes, and performing regular cycle counts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent; 1–2 years in warehousing or delivery
• Forklift certification is required; cherry picker experience is a plus
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to move heavy items up to 350 lbs for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Receive, transport and stock inbound products from manufacturing facilities and suppliers
• Record stock location in the perpetual inventory system using the proprietary IT network
• Fulfill orders by locating, transporting, offloading and scanning outbound products
• Perform inventory cycle counts daily, weekly or monthly as required
