Job summary

J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Warehouse Associate II to support routine inventory control, shipping, receiving, and counting tasks. You will operate MHE like forklifts and pallet jacks and help ensure accuracy and safety on the warehouse floor.

This full-time role requires flexibility for day, night, and weekend shifts, and may involve outdoor work. Entry-level candidates are welcome with a willingness to learn and meet physical requirements.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age with up to 1 year of warehouse experience or military equivalent.
• Ability to work outdoors, and across days, nights and weekends if needed.
• Certificated forklift operation is preferred, OSHA knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to lift/move items up to 100 pounds and wear required safety gear.

Responsibilities

• Prepare goods and materials for shipping with packing slips and maintain inventory.
• Operate MHE (forklifts, pallet jacks) to load/unload and move materials.
• Verify order accuracy and inspect goods for damage during check-ins/check-outs.
• Process stock requests and returns using inventory/billing systems.
• Ensure internal controls such as dock security and safety procedures.
