J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate II in Raleigh, NC to support routine inventory control, order processing, and material handling.

The role requires operating equipment to move goods and performing checks to ensure inventory integrity across day, night, and weekend shifts. The position emphasizes safety, adherence to procedures, and ability to work across multiple shifts to meet demand.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with up to 1 year of warehouse experience or military equivalent.
• Able to work outdoors and across multiple shifts including nights and weekends.
• High School Diploma/GED; forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare goods and materials to be shipped with packing slips and perform basic inventory maintenance.
• Operate MHE such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and handcarts to load/unload and transport materials.
• Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and inspect for damage during check-ins/outs.
• Process material stock requests, orders, and returns using inventory systems.
• Receive, issue, and store supplies; verify accuracy and condition of items.
