Job summary

NSI Industries is seeking a Warehouse Associate II for our Reese Blvd Distribution Center in Huntersville, NC, on first shift (7:00am–3:45pm). This role supports fast-paced distribution operations with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork.

You will handle order packing, shipping documentation, and use WMS and shipping software. The job offers a climate-controlled workspace and monthly performance bonuses to recognize strong contributions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of distribution center/warehouse experience.
• Good math and reading skills.
• Intermediate computer skills with WMS and shipping software.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of Warehouse Associate I.
• Check customer orders for errors and record discrepancies.
• Pack orders for safe transport and label accordingly.
• Navigate WMS menus to pack, ship, and resolve minor software issues.
• Prepare international and special-handling orders and generate shipping documents.
• Operate electric pallet jacks and packaging machinery.
• Package raw materials into finished products and handle private labeling.
• Train and mentor peers in order pulling, shipping, and packaging.
