Job summary

Cardinal Health Fort Worth distribution facility is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support inbound, outbound, and replenishment tasks. You will unload trucks, verify items using a Manhattan WMS, and prepare goods for shipment in a climate-controlled environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years related experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 5 hours. Training for PIT equipment and voice-picking is provided as part of cross-functional duties.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent; 1–2 years related experience preferred.
• RF scanner and/or voice to pick experience highly preferred.
• Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs and stand for a 5-hour shift.
• Willing to work full shift and work at heights up to 25 feet.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks in the inbound area using pallet jacks to move pallets from trucks.
• Use Manhattan WMS to check in products.
• Store refrigerated products following regulatory requirements when needed.
• Store products in warehouse locations using order pickers or similar devices.
• Pick products from warehouses and load into outbound trucks.
• Cross-train in Inbound, Replenishment and Outbound teams.
• Break down cases and operate PIT equipment to stock or replenish.
• Use voice-pick system to select items and place on carts.
• Identify products by item number to ensure quality.
• Organize and segregate similar items at receipt.
• Break down and palletize large items for shipment.
• Pack and label small items accurately.
• Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack).
