Job summary

Vse Aviation Inc (us) is seeking a Senior Warehouse Associate to manage order fulfillment, receiving, shipping, and inventory control in a team-focused environment. The role supports domestic and international shipments, including preparation of export documentation and coordination with freight forwarders.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of related experience and a valid ability to lift 40 pounds. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected, along with the ability to read and write

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• 1-2 years of relevant/technical work experience.
• AOG duty, on call service rotation.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Outlook.
• Ability to read and write at a proficient level.

Responsibilities

• Order Picking and Packaging.
• Receiving, Packing, and Storing material in warehouse locations.
• General understanding of vendor paperwork upon receiving and shipping.
• Prepare orders for domestic and international shipping and verify all required documentation is included.
• Responsible for producing Export / Customs documentation, including SLI’s and AES filings.
• Contacts Freight Forwarders to coordinate shipments.
• Performs inventory cycle counts and makes appropriate inventory adjustments.
• Ensures warehouse and workstations are clean and organized.

SUMMARY: As part of a leading Global Aerospace Distributor, the Senior Warehouse Associate is responsible for understanding and executing all facets of operational processes including order fulfillment, receiving, domestic / international shipping, and inventory control.
