Job summary

VSE Aviation in California is seeking a Senior Warehouse Associate to execute end-to-end operational processes including order fulfillment, receiving, and international shipping.

You will work in a team environment to achieve results, perform cycle counts, coordinate export logistics, and maintain a clean, organized warehouse while handling various duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience in order fulfillment and inventory control.
• Familiarity with vendor paperwork upon receiving and shipping.
• Ability to prepare orders for domestic and international shipping and verify documentation.
• Experience producing Export / Customs documentation (SLI, AES filings).
• Ability to coordinate shipments with Freight Forwarders.
• Experience performing inventory cycle counts and adjustments.
• Commitment to clean, organized warehouse and workstations.
• Willingness to perform other duties as requested or assigned.

SUMMARY: As part of a leading Global Aerospace Distributor, the Senior Warehouse Associate is responsible for understanding and executing all facets of operational processes including order fulfillment, receiving, domestic / international shipping, and inventory control. The Senior Warehouse Associate will be required to work in a team environment to achieve the expected results.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Order Picking and Packaging
• Receiving, Packing, and Storing material in warehouse locations
• General understanding of vendor paperwork upon receiving and shipping
• Prepare orders for domestic and international shipping and verify all required documentation is included
