Belron is seeking a Warehouse Associate I in Raleigh, NC to prepare distribution-ready glass parts for field teams. You will operate MHE like forklifts, perform pallet breakdown, and use RF scanners to move inventory with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience with MHE equipment such as forklift, order picker, or reach truck.
• Safe operation per equipment specs and safety regulations; weight limit 300 pounds if operating this equipment.
• Ability to perform physical tasks up to 35 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
• Able to work in varying environmental conditions and maintain attendance.
• Punctual and dependable with a positive attitude and strong service focus.

Responsibilities

• Operate MHE equipment such as forklift or order picker to prepare pallets up to 40 feet high.
• Perform daily warehousing tasks including pallet breakdown and dunnage prep.
• Use RF scanners to receive, pick, ship, or locate inventory.
• Maintain safety PPE use and a clean, organized work area.
• Build steel pallets and support inventory replenishment; assist with offloading trailers.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.

The Warehouse Associate I I prepares our glass for distribution to our field operation teams by performing various f unctions to meet rigorous shipping timelines to get the right parts to the right team members to serve our customers.

What You'll Do

• Operate at least one piece of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as a forklift, reach truck, or order picker raised to heights of up to 40 feet .
• Engage in daily warehousing tasks such as pallet breakdown and dunnage preparation.
• Utilize handheld RF scanners to receive, pick, ship, or locate inventory.
• Adhere to all safety and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
• Maintain a secure and clean work area through general housekeeping.
• Build steel pallets and prepare them for inventory replenishment.
• Assist with offloading tractor trailers by hand.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need

• Must be 18 years of age or older .
• Experience with some MHE equipment such as a order picker, forklift, or reach truck.
• To safely operate the order picker and comply with equipment manufacturer specifications and required safety regulations, there is a weight limit set at 300 pounds. If you are hired to operate this equipment, you will need to weigh under 300lbs.
• Strength to perform physical tasks involving repetitive moving or raising of objects weighing up to 35 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable with working in various environmental conditions, such as seasonal heat or cold, and staying in a stationary position for long shifts.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance to help your teammates .
