Job summary

White Cap is hiring a Warehouse Associate II to join our California operations. You will safely operate a forklift, pick, pack, and ship products, and record shipment information in our system. Responsibilities may include working inside the warehouse or in the yard, with an emphasis on accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in warehouse operations or related role.
• Basic understanding of shipping, receiving, and material handling procedures.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 50 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
• Picks, packs, and ships products to customers.
• Receives, counts, and records shipment information into the system.
• May work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard.
• Lifts and carries material up to 50 pounds.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials.
• Willingness to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Bilingual-Spanish is a plus.

Work Location & Pay

For California job seekers: Pay Range $19.40-$25.80 Hourly
