Hygiena is seeking a Warehouse Associate II in New Castle, DE. The role involves maintaining accurate product receiving/shipping records in Navision, performing cycle counts, and moving items with forklifts when trained.

You will help ensure clean and safe warehouse operations and timely shipments. The position requires at least a High School Diploma or GED and three years of shipping experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Keeps management informed of situations that could impact on-time deliveries.

Salary Range: $20.00 To $21.00 Annually

With rapid growth comes opportunity. We are looking for a Warehouse Associate II/III to join our team in New Castle, Delaware.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures all information pertaining to products received and products shipped is updated accurately in Microsoft Navision software/BC mobile app for accurate inventory transactions and cycle count control.
• Occasionally operates forklift, pallet jacks, and other equipment (as properly trained) to safely move items/parts to appropriate locations, and to load/unload trucks as necessary.
• Performs cleaning tasks, including but not limited to, sweeping, taking out trash, removing cardboard boxes, and clearing the parking lot at the end of each day to ensure the Warehouse is a clean and safe work environment.
• Keeps management informed of any situations that could impact the delivery of on time and/or in full shipments of product.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent GED required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of shipping experience:
  • Certified forklift operator preferred: Class I, II, III, IV sit down/standup
• Proficient knowledge in item verification and cycle count.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Skills/Abilities:

• Must be able to work in cold temperature setting
• Must be able to handle frozen gel ice packs
• Comfortable with interacting and working with all levels of customers, both internal and external; good interpersonal skills, team motivation and outgoing personality
• Excellent adaptability in a fast-paced environment with the flexibility and willingness to take on new tasks and projects
• Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Multi-tasking capabilities
• Must have in-depth analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to use discretion and independent judgement
