  • Drive ERP process adoption and data integrity across procurement, scheduling, and inventory transactions. Lead execution of continuous improvement projects sponsored by the Director.
  • Support execution of agreed S&OP plans and strategic initiatives. Execute material readiness and planning activities for new product introductions and manage routine operational customer supply issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience required; APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP) preferred.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in procurement, production planning/scheduling, or materials management within a manufacturing environment; diagnostics, life sciences, medical device, or regulated industry experience preferred.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience supervising buyers, planners, or schedulers.
  • Working knowledge of MRP logic, purchase order management, production scheduling, safety stock, and inventory control practices.
  • Experience managing supplier performance, expediting, and shortage recovery in a fast‑paced operation.
  • Hands‑on experience with ERP/MRP systems and strong Excel skills for operational reporting and analysis.

Salary Range (applicable to California):
