Job summary

Hygiena invites a Warehouse Associate II/III to join our Camarillo, CA shipping team. You will ensure accurate inventory transactions in Microsoft Navision, move items with forklifts, and support daily receiving and shipping activities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three years of shipping experience.
• Certified forklift operator: Class I, II, III, IV sit down/standup.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Ensures all information pertaining to products received and products shipped are updated accurately in Microsoft Navision software/BC mobile app for accurate inventory transactions and cycle count control.
• Occasionally operates forklift, pallet jacks, and other equipment (as properly trained) to safely move items/parts to appropriate locations, and to load/unload trucks as necessary.
• Performs cleaning tasks, including sweeping, taking out trash, removing cardboard boxes, and clearing the parking lot at the end of each day to ensure the Warehouse is a clean and safe work environment.
• Keeps management informed of any situations that could impact the delivery of on time and/or in full shipments of product.
