Job summary

Alfa Laval – Indianapolis-based roles seeking warehouse workers to pick materials and finished goods, load/unload, and manage inventory with accuracy. You will support internal and external teams and uphold ALPS standards while contributing to continuous improvement.

Qualified candidates will have warehouse or distribution experience and be adept with computers and WMS technology. This on-site role offers healthcare, wellness programs, and a competitive base pay with room to grow.

Responsibilities

• Pick material/finished goods from the warehouse according to production orders.
• Load and unload goods, while verifying quantities and packaging integrity.

• Control inventory levels and conduct cycle counts for accuracy.
• Organize stock efficiently and manage the flow of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Execute production tasks in alignment with ALPS standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

About the job

As an integral member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our customers though fast, precise picking and packing for internal and external teams. You will have the opportunity to support and influence customer satisfaction, contributing to the overall success and growth of our organization. Currently, there are multiple opportunities located in Indianapolis, IN.

As part of the team, you will:

• Pick material/finished goods from the warehouse according to production orders.
