Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate in Indianapolis to support fast, accurate picking and packing for internal and external teams. You will influence customer satisfaction and contribute to overall growth by maintaining inventory accuracy and smooth material flow.

Responsibilities include picking according to orders, loading/unloading with quality checks, handling inspections, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within ALPS standards.

• Experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Adept at using computers and WMS technology.

• Load and unload goods, verifying quantities and packaging integrity.
• Handle incoming inspection activities (GRI) and non-conformity reporting to source.
• Control inventory levels and conduct cycle counts for accuracy.
• Organize stock and manage flow of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Execute production tasks in line with ALPS standards and contribute to improvements.

About the job

As an integral member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our customers though fast, precise picking and packing for internal and external teams. You will have the opportunity to support and influence customer satisfaction, contributing to the overall success and growth of our organization. Currently, there are multiple opportunities located in Indianapolis, IN.

As part of the team, you will:

• - Pick material/finished goods from the warehouse according to production orders.
