Job summary

Zebra Technologies is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, and storage in a fast-paced environment. You will perform accurate inventory control, assist with loading/unloading, and help maintain a safe, orderly warehouse.

Compensation includes $20.00 per hour with a $1500 retention bonus after 6 months. The role requires basic computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. 1+ year of related experience preferred.

What We're Looking For:

Assists with the efficient operation of the warehouse by performing the physical and/or administrative tasks of shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products.

Shift: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

$20.00 per hour

*$1500 Retention Bonus after 6 months of employment with Zebra

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality, and prepare orders for shipping with precision


• Conduct inventory counts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain organized, accurate inventory records


• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks


• Mentor and train less experienced warehouse staff, promoting adherence to company procedures and best practices


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, following all safety protocols and standards


• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflows and meet productivity goals


• Take initiative in resolving issues, adapting to changing priorities, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations


• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and walking for extended periods


• Support other warehouse functions as needed, including loading and unloading trucks

Minimum Education or Equivalent:

Incentive Compensation:

In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 3% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
