Job summary

Century-Arms, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate II to handle and track firearms and parts within the warehouse. You will use the ERP system to record acquisitions and dispositions in the boundbook with strict accuracy and safety protocols.

The role requires packaging, labeling, palletizing, and daily goal attainment, with adherence to all safety and employment policies. A strong attention to detail and reliability are essential for success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Acquire and disposition of product in boundbook using ERP system with high accuracy.
• Band and wrap pallets to protect product quality.
• Prepare packaging materials for product.
• Ensure external labels are affixed correctly to product containers.
• Perform counts on firearms and parts under supervision as needed.
• Assemble boxes to meet daily goals.
• Transport materials and finished goods with care.
• Maintain knowledge of firearms safety and apply it in daily tasks.
• Inspect own work to minimize mistakes in assembly.
• Produce required quantity of parts/products to meet daily goals.
• Complete all required paperwork on time and accurately.
• Follow all company safety and employment policies.
• Wear required Personal Protective Equipment as directed.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to supervisor promptly.
• Maintain professional conduct with coworkers and the Company.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities-Warehouse Associate II

• Acquisition and disposition of product in boundbook using ERP system and always ensuring accuracy.
• Banding and wrapping of pallets to ensure quality of product is maintained.
• Prepare packaging materials for product.
• Ensure labels are properly affixed, to outside of product container.
• Performs counts on firearms and parts under direct supervision as needed.
• Assemble boxes to meet established daily goals.
• Transports materials, supplies, and finished goods with care and caution.
• Maintain sound working knowledge and application of firearms safety.
• Perform initial inspection of own work to ensure that few or no mistakes are made in the assembly of the product.
• Produces the required quantity of parts and/or product to meet established daily goals..
• Complete all required paperwork timely and accurately.
• Adhere to all employment policies/safety policies/practices required by law/established by Company.
• Wear all necessary Personal Protective Equipment as always directed by Company.
• Immediately report any maintenance and/or safety issues to supervisor
• Maintain respect, courtesy, a positive attitude and professionalism towards all co-workers and the Company.
• Other duties will be assigned, as required.
