Job summary

White Cap is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Associate II in Colorado. You will safely operate a forklift, pick, pack, and ship products, and help maintain accurate shipment records in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

This role requires 2–5 years of related experience, good attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. White Cap offers comprehensive benefits and stability as part of a Great Place to Work-certified culture.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in the warehouse/material handling area.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Basic understanding of shipping, receiving, and material handling procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
• Picks, packs, and ships products to customers.
• Receives, counts, and records shipment information into the system.
• May work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard.
• Lifts and carries material up to 50 pounds.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

A Warehouse Associate II at White Cap
