Job summary

White Cap is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Associate II in Virginia. You will safely operate a forklift, pick/pack/ship merchandise, and record shipment data while working either inside the warehouse or in the yard.

The role requires physical effort including lifting up to 50 pounds, and offers serious growth in a leading distribution environment. Qualified candidates typically have 2–5 years of warehouse experience and familiarity with hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in the area of responsibility.
• Forklift experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
• Picks, packs, and ships products to customers.
• Receives, counts, and records shipment information into the system.
• May work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard.
• Lifts and carries material up to 50 pounds.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
