Job summary

White Cap in Ann Arbor is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations in a fast-paced environment. You will load, unload, pick and pack orders, ship and handle materials safely, and assist customers and installers as needed.

Key requirements include basic HS diploma, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to work a Monday–Friday 7AM-4:30PM schedule. Prior forklift experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in area of responsibility.
• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Loads, unloads, sorts, picks, stocks, stages, and transports materials.
• Prepares items for shipment or customer pickup with protective packaging.
• Verifies product accuracy and condition before staging or shipping.
• Operates forklifts or other material handling equipment.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area with safety compliance.
• Assists customers, installers, or subcontractors by fulfilling orders.
• May drive company vehicles to pick up or deliver materials.
