Job summary

White Cap is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support loading, unloading, order picking, shipping, and material handling in our on-site facility. You will help ensure products are prepared for pickup or delivery safely and efficiently.

Under supervision, you will move materials with forklifts, verify accuracy, pack securely, and assist customers or contractors as needed. HS Diploma or GED preferred; 0–2 years experience; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; ability to stand long periods.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in area of responsibility.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Loads, unloads, sorts, picks, stocks, and transports materials in the warehouse and yard.
• Prepares items for shipment or pickup using packaging materials and protective methods.
• Verifies product accuracy and condition before staging or shipping.
• Operates forklifts or other handling equipment to move goods safely.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area following policies.
