Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the Platt team in Nampa, ID. You will support receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipment processing while upholding safety standards and operating material handling equipment.

The role requires the ability to perform inventory counts, work with basic math, and communicate effectively with teammates. A forklift certification and HS diploma are preferred; on-site work with room for growth and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• No experience required; warehouse experience a plus.
• Forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment certification preferred.
• High School or GED - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a culture focused on employee safety and a safe work environment.
• Follow SOPs, Environmental Health and Safety rules, and address safety concerns.
• Receive material from vendors/customers and verify quantities against packing lists.
• Keep incoming orders stocked and report freight damage.
• Prepare branch orders and ensure correct quantities are shipped.
• Process shipment paperwork and ensure proper postage, labeling, and insurance.
• Operate forklift, reach truck, and wire cutting machine when required.
• Load common carrier and company vehicles.
• Inspect and perform minor maintenance on equipment.
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• May perform other branch duties including counter sales and customer support.
