LINAK U.S., Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate I - Reach Truck - First Shift in Louisville, KY. The role handles picking, packing, auditing orders, and outbound shipments with a focus on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Fulfill daily picking, packing and auditing of sales orders; load outbound shipments.
• Audit shipments and communicate discrepancies to leadership.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment; follow 6S and DPW/SPW instructions.

Warehouse Associate I - Reach Truck - First Shift (6:00 am - 2:30 pm, Monday - Friday)

The Warehouse Associate I will work closely with Management in order to achieve defined departmental goals of on time delivery, quality, lean 6s, safety, and employee satisfaction. The Warehouse Associate I will be responsible to ensure all shipments are completed daily including picking, packing, and auditing all sales orders, loading of outbound shipments, receiving, and material handling functions.

Reports to: Warehouse Leadership

Primary job tasks and responsibilities:

• Executes and supports internal flow of raw materials and finished goods.
• Supports Inventory and Warehouse management.
• Perform required daily inspections of powered equipment.
• Apply First-In-First-Out method to all orders.
• Communicate to Leadership any discrepancies
• Complete daily 6S of assigned areas
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Additional duties as assigned by Management
• Follow all registered DPW and SPW instructions
• Clean aisles/Wipe down equipment (lifts) daily.
• Training Matrix listed below.

Requirements:

• The associate will be expected to use all required equipment.
• A high school diploma/GED is preferred.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations, handheld scanning equipment, domestic LTL and TL shipping, export shipping requirements, and basic inventory skills is preferred.
• Individual must be goal oriented with a high degree of enthusiasm and focused on enhancing process quality
• Must be familiar with Forklifts and Reach Truck operations.
• Handheld barcode scanning equipment.
• Must be familiar with use of picking tickets, packing slips, and BOL.
