Job summary

Andersen Corporation in Wisconsin seeks a Warehouse Associate to pick, pack, and ship outbound orders. You will operate equipment like pallet jacks and walkie riders, replenish stock, and ensure inventory accuracy while following safety procedures.

Responsibilities include receiving inbound material, put-away, order picking, delivering to stage lanes, and upholding 5S practices. Must meet minimum qualifications and pass drug/background checks; PIT training/license preferred.

Qualifications

• Must pass drug test and background check.
• 18 years or older.
• Ability to physically push/pull a force of 32 lbs and occasionally greater.
• Ability to lift/carry 40 lbs. occasionally.
• PIT Training/ PIT License required for all tasks

Responsibilities

• Receiving inbound material
• Put away process
• Replenishment process
• Picking customer orders
• Deliver customer orders to the stage lanes
• Utilize various types of equipment to handle products, i.e. pallet jacks, walkie riders, dunnage
• Ability to read and comprehend warehouse documents such as work instructions, and identify continuous improvement suggestions
• Follows established safety and ergonomic procedures.
• Work in an efficient and product ive manner
• Participate in 5S housekeeping and restock of supplies
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
