Wagner is seeking a Warehouse Associate I to pick, pack and ship orders on site in Minnesota. The role involves scanning items, using RF devices, and entry into ERP systems.

You will help maintain inventory accuracy, assist with cycle counts and packaging, and support various shipping methods while adhering to safety guidelines. The position is full-time, onsite, with comprehensive benefits including PTO, health coverage and retirement options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; no experience required.
• Ability to read basic instructions and assembly aids.
• Capable of basic math and data entry into systems.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack units and parts for shipment.
• Operate hand-operated equipment to fill orders.
• Audit shipments and ensure order accuracy before packaging.
• Use ERP system for data entry of finished shipments.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory control.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain organized work area.
• Support shipping methods including small parcel, LTL, and TL.
