Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Worker I to receive, unpack, inspect, and stow materials. You will pick, pack, crate, and ship orders, perform light assembly, and operate power equipment under direct supervision.

As part of the role, you will perform quality checks, report issues to the Lead, and support a safe, efficient warehouse operation. Prior manufacturing exposure is helpful but not required; HS diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with hand and power tools is a plus.
• Good communication, data entry, basic math and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with forklift and machinery equipment.

Responsibilities

• Off-loading trucks utilizing forklift and pallet jack.
• Verify that the quality, type, and amount of materials received are accurate.
• Breaking down freight – Hand off-loading of product to consolidated put-away location.
• Picking product orders – Hand loading product to pallets.
• Packaging outbound shipments – Wraps, straps or over pack boxing of product.
• Manifesting UPS shipments.
• Creates bills of lading for truck carriers.
• Produce and attach identifying tags to product or shipments.
• Fulfills all safety responsibilities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Production Supervisor/Lead.
