Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Associate I in Fontana, CA. This role supports receiving, packing, shipping, and light assembly under direct supervision, with emphasis on accuracy, safety, and efficient warehouse operations.

Responsibilities include forklift-based material handling, order picking, packaging outbound shipments, and maintaining proper documentation and labeling. Strong teamwork and basic math skills are essential for daily tasks and quality control.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Utilization of various forklifts and machinery equipment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• On a continuous basis: stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with both LTL and UPS shipping.
• Good communication, data entry, basic math and organization skills.
• Experience working with standard hand and power tools.
• Ability to work in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Off-loading trucks using forklift and pallet jack.
• Verify that the quality, type, and amount of materials received are accurate.
• Break down freight – hand off-loading of product to consolidated put-away location.
• Picking product orders – hand loading product to pallets.
• Packaging outbound shipments – wrap, strap, or over pack boxing of product.
• Manifesting UPS shipments.
• Create bills of lading for truck carriers.
• Produce and attach identifying tags to product or shipments.
• Fulfills all safety responsibilities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Production Supervisor/Lead.
