Job summary

Baldor NY is seeking a Warehouse Associate to efficiently move, select, and load food products while ensuring accurate scanning, documentation, and compliance with FDA standards.

The role requires repetitive lifting, proper handling, and careful product selection. You will operate equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts, maintain clean work areas, and collaborate with supervisors to meet safety and accuracy targets.

Qualifications

• Ability to read English language at High School 9th grade level.
• Prior warehousing experience in a food environment preferred.
• Electric pallet jack, order picker experience or familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Select proper product from designated warehouse area (bins/shelves).
• Handle and package product carefully and in a sanitary manner.
• Operate forklift and/or pallet jack to move items between locations.
• Receive and pick orders from order sheets and unload trucks.
• Build pallets and shrink wrap finished pallets for loading.
• Complete pick documentation and productivity worksheets; identify products for customers.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and report any damage or loss.
