Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform a mix of manual and automated tasks for receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping, including handling hazardous or temperature-sensitive products. You will work to maintain safety, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include inspecting inbound material, selecting orders, locating materials, and verifying order accuracy. Candidates should be able to lift 50 lbs, work 8+ hour shifts, and use RF scanners and basic computer

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED to perform basic math and read training documents.
• Pass medical screening and background checks.
• Adapt to fast changing work demand.
• Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment; multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all policies and procedures to maintain training, safety, GxP, and governmental standards.
• Process paperwork in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Adapt to fast changing work demand.
• Cross-train in multiple areas of the operation while maintaining quality.
• Receive and inspect inbound product/material for OS&D.
• Pick customer orders for shipment; ensure correct quantity and type.
• Transfer and locate material to storage or shipping locations.
• Verify quantity, quality, labeling and address with the customer’s order.
