Job summary

White Cap is seeking a warehouse associate to support operations including loading, unloading, order picking, shipping and material handling. You will ensure products are prepared for pickup or delivery, secured for transport, and handled in a safe, efficient, and dependable manner.

Role involves lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and potential driving of company vehicles for material pickup or delivery. HS Diploma or GED preferred, with 0-2 years in a related role.

Qualifications

HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
0-2 years of experience in warehouse operations.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Loads, unloads, sorts, picks, stocks, stages, and transports materials throughout the warehouse and yard.
Prepares items for shipment or customer pickup by securely packaging materials.
Verifies product accuracy and condition before staging or shipping.
Installs protective devices to prevent damage during transport.
Operates forklifts or other material handling equipment safely.
Maintains a clean, organized work area with safety compliance.
Assists customers, installers, or subcontractors by fulfilling orders or locating materials.
May drive company vehicles to pick up or deliver materials as needed.
