Job summary

White Cap in Washington state is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support operations with loading, unloading, order picking, shipping, and material handling. You’ll help ensure items are prepared for pickup or delivery and handled safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include stocking and moving materials, packaging for shipment, verifying product correctness, operating forklifts, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. You may assist customers and may drive company vehicles as needed.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in area of responsibility.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, sort, pick, stock, stage, and transport materials.
• Prepare items for shipment or customer pickup with protective packaging.
• Verify product accuracy and condition before shipping.
• Install bracing or padding to prevent damage during transport.
• Operate forklifts or other equipment to move goods safely.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Assist customers, installers, or subcontractors by fulfilling orders.
• May drive company vehicles to pick up or deliver materials.
