Job summary

Medford School District 549C is seeking a Warehouse Worker I in the Purchasing Department to support inter-district and intra-district deliveries and warehouse tasks. This is a permanent year-round role with immediate start and requires reliable, safety-conscious performance.

The role involves operating a delivery vehicle, packing/unpacking inventory, loading/unloading supplies, and keeping accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience/training.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Fluent in English; Spanish preferred; ability to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a delivery vehicle for regular school-related deliveries.
• Warehouse tasks: packing/unpacking inventory, sorting mail, delivering to locations.
• Load/unload supplies and equipment; transport items as required.
• Maintain records of pickups, deliveries, inventories; operate warehouse equipment as needed.
