Job summary

Community Coffee is seeking a Warehouse Attendant I to help move products safely through receiving, storing, picking and shipping. You will learn forklift and WMS operation under supervision and work daily with the warehouse team and internal delivery partners to ensure accurate orders and properly rotated stock for on-time deliveries.

This entry-level role requires a high school diploma, ability to read safety rules, and willingness to obtain forklift certification.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret basic safety rules, procedures and manuals.
• Willingness to learn forklift and pallet jack operation and obtain certification.
• Pre-employment physical completed successfully.
• Available to work varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload product from trucks and transport it between areas.
• Pull customer and sales orders from on-hand inventory against the daily load schedule.
• Audit picked orders for accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Verify incoming product against receiving documents and report discrepancies.
• Stack and arrange product on pallets and assist loading sales trucks.
• Rotate stock using Julian dates or FIFO to maintain freshness.
• Conduct routine inventory cycle counts as assigned.
• Replenish stock and keep the warehouse clean and rotated.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks once certified, with pre-shift checks.
• Record inventory movement using handheld WMS devices.
