Revere Electric Supply Co. is hiring a Warehouse Associate I for our West Allis, WI facility. This full-time position involves assembling large components using hand and power tools in a collaborative setting.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and able to read and follow work instructions and drawings. We offer daytime hours and a strong team culture with room to grow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in assembly/manufacturing or warehouse preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and assembly drawings.
• Read/write English for job and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assemble large components and subassemblies using hand and power tools.
• Follow assembly instructions, work orders, engineering drawings, and production schedules.
• Install hardware, brackets, wiring, and other components as required.
• Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Use material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, or overhead hoists as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Identify and report quality, equipment, or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Meet established productivity and quality goals.
• Participate in continuous improvement and team initiatives.
