Job summary

Revere Electric Supply Co in West Allis, WI is seeking a Warehouse Associate I to join our distribution team. The role involves assembling large components using hand and power tools, following instructions, and ensuring safe, accurate work at our facility.

You will operate pallet jacks and overhead hoists, maintain a clean, organized workspace, and collaborate with teammates to meet production goals. The schedule is typically 7:00 am to finish, with two weeks of PTO and paid holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble large components and subassemblies using hand and power tools.
• Follow assembly instructions, work orders, engineering drawings, and production schedules.
• Install hardware, brackets, wiring, and other components as required.
• Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality and accuracy.
• Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Use material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, or overhead hoists as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Identify and report quality, equipment, or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Meet established productivity and quality goals.
• Participate in continuous improvement and team initiatives.

We have an opening for a Warehouse Associate at our facility.

• 2 Weeks of Time Off in the first year plus paid Holidays!
• Hours 7:00 am until approximately 4:00 pm or until the work is completed for the day.

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for assembling large components according to established specifications and quality standards. This role involves the use of hand tools, material handling equipment, and assembly fixtures to complete products safely and efficiently. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and able to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
