Revere Electric Supply Hartland, WI is seeking an Assembly Tech II to join our Modification Center, delivering modified or assembled products per customer specifications. This full-time role supports a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities include engraving machine operation, basic welding, reading drawings, pallet building, forklift operation, machining center setup/run, and processing work orders. Local candidates only; hours 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, with comprehensive benefits and PTO.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Operate engraving machine and read drawings to set up parameters.
• Perform Stud and PEMS welding (basic welding).
• Read manufacturing drawings and create work instructions.
• Pallet/Crate building.
• Forklift operation certification.
• Operate various hand and power tools.
• Process work orders through the system.
• Set up and run a machining center; troubleshoot.
• Promote positive workplace culture and professionalism.
• Other duties as assigned.

What you will do:

This position is member of the Modification Center, which is responsible for delivery of modified or assembled products as per the customer request.

Responsibilities/ Duties/ Functions/ Tasks

• Ability to perform all daily duties outlined in Custom Product Tech I with minimal or no supervision.
• Operate engraving machine which includes learning all basic and advanced function of the machine.Also need to read appropriate drawings and translate the parameters to setup the engraving machine.
• Stud and PEMS welding, i.e. basic welding.
• Ability to read manufacturing drawings and create work instructions.
• Pallet/Crate building.
• Certification of proper operation of forklifts.
• Operate various types of hand and power tools.
• Take customer supplied CAD files and manipulate them for Revere needs/use
• Setup and run a machining center.
• Troubleshoot a machining center.
• Process work orders through system.
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Aspects

• Must be able to stand throughout the entire workday.
• Attention to detail is a must as actions in the department directly affect our customers.
• Somewhat undesirable working conditions, with exposure to temperature variations, noise, dust, etc. Personal protective equipment may be required.
• Must be able to move, lift, carry, push and pull materials.
• Regular lifting 5-25 lbs., occasional lifting 25-60+ lbs.
