Job Overview

The role of the Warehouse Associate I is responsible for providing the highest level of quality and service to our customers. Responsibilities include accurate and timely receiving of inventory, product movement, cycle counting and shipping orders accurately in a timely manner and in a salable condition. While performing duties, the Warehouse Associate I will be responsible for operating lift trucks and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

A Day In The Life
  • Follow all safety, company, and 6S standards in the distribution center to ensure a clean and safe working environment and safeguard all employees.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to minimize accidents.
  • Report company equipment and infrastructure damage for timely repairs and risk mitigation.
  • Perform assigned warehouse tasks using standard work and policies to uphold the highest safety and quality levels.
  • Follow all visual aids within the distribution center to maximize safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Contribute process suggestions to continuously improve warehouse operations.
  • Identify deviations in the process and immediately notify the supervisor for correction.
  • Fully contribute to continuous improvement events.
  • Perform miscellaneous activities directed by the manager to efficiently support the warehouse operation.

  • Ability to lift 35 lbs from floor to waist and waist to floor.
  • Ability to stand/walk for a maximum of 9 hours a day.
  • Ability to work mandatory overtime (9 hours per weekday, 6 hours on Saturday) as needed.
  • Able to work heights up to 15 ft.
