Job summary

Colder Products Company (CPC) in Minnesota seeks a Warehouse Associate to pick orders using RF scanners, box and ship items, and support receiving and put-away activities. You will handle stock from the production floor and operate warehouse equipment as needed.

This role offers overtime opportunities and a pathway for growth within a manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates have basic reading/writing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with ERP systems and Office

Responsibilities

• Use RF scanner to pick customer orders.
• Box and prepare shipments with the Shipping team.
• Assist with receiving, put-away, and order kitting.
• Stock and store products from production areas.
• Operate VLM to pick and put away orders.
• Operate WAV, Reach Truck, pallet jacks as needed.
• Navigate ERP system and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement and 5S activities.
• Maintain records and follow procedures.
• Contribute to a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Use Radio Frequency (RF) scanner to pick customer orders.


• Work with the Shipping team to box and prepare shipments as needed.


• Work with the receiving team to put away and replenish product and help with Order Kitting as needed.


• Stock and put away products from the Production floor and cleanroom.


• Operate Vertical Life module (VLM) to pick and put away orders.


• Operate various warehouse industrial vehicles such as Work Assist Vehicle (WAV), Reach Truck, Electric & Manual Pallet Jack.


• Ability to navigate Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and maintain inventory accuracy.


• Participate in Continuous Improvement and 5S activities.


• Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures.


• Contribute to keeping a clean and safe work environment.


• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Reading and writing skills.


• Strong attention to detail.


• Good organization and communication skills.


• Must maintain acceptable attendance, punctuality, and working relationships.


• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.


• Previous warehouse-related work experience preferred.


• Knowledge of 5S/LEAN methodologies preferred.


• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite preferred.


• Prior experience using Oracle preferred.


• Prior Radio Frequency (RF) Scanner experience preferred.


• Experience operating a warehouse industrial vehicles preferred.

Travel: Less than 5%

Pay Range: USD 18.50 - 21.04 Hourly
