Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Order Picking (80%): Review orders and pick materials using forklift, assemble in staging lane, ensure safety protocols.
  • Housekeeping (10%): Keep aisles and rack locations clean.
  • Forklift Inspections (5%): Conduct pre- and post-shift inspections, escalate repairs.
  • Inventory Audit (5%): Assist with annual inventory counts, log products.
  • Order Loading/Unloading (10%): Load orders onto trucks, assist with unloading, verify received items, document discrepancies, and coordinate with procurement and customer service teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Basic math skills for inventory counts
  • Ability to read and interpret directions and order details
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Safe operation of forklift and RFGen Gun

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements:

  • Must pass pre-employment physical
  • Lift and carry at least 50 pounds
  • Push/pull 50 pounds
  • Stand for 80% of the day
  • Sit for 20% of the day
  • Twist and bend 50% of the day
  • Squat, climb, or crawl 20% of the day
