Job description

SUMMARY: As part of a leading Global Aerospace Distributor, the Warehouse Associate is responsible for fulfilling and packaging customer orders, receiving incoming material, and preparing customer orders for domestic shipping. The Warehouse Associate will work in a team environment to achieve the expected results.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Order Picking and Packaging.
2. Receiving, Packing, and Storing materials in warehouse locations.
3. Understanding vendor paperwork upon receiving and shipping.
4. Preparing orders for domestic shipping and verifying all required documentation.
5. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of warehouse and workstations.
6. Performing other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
2. No prior work experience required.
3. Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
4. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
5. Attention to detail, efficiency, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

1. Associate degree or technical certification.
2. At least 1 year of professional work experience.
3. Intermediate computer skills.
4. Knowledge of Component Control Quantum.
5. Ability to operate forklift and pallet jack.
