Job summary

Stefanini North America and APAC seeks a Warehouse Associate I in Greensboro, NC to support receiving, unloading, and order fulfillment. You’ll work with forklift equipment (standup, sit-down, and reach truck) and use RF scanners, MS Office, and inventory systems.

The role requires standing 8–10 hours daily during peak periods, strong teamwork, and a proactive, safety‑minded approach to daily operations. Training 2–3 hours will be provided on days one to three.

Qualifications

• Training and certification can be completed in about 2–3 hours during the first days.
• Forklift experience must include standup, sit-down, and reach truck.
• Proficient with computers and inventory software (MS Office, RF scanners).
• Experience using RF scanners in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be on your feet 8–10 hours daily, especially peak periods.
• Demonstrates dedication, asks questions for clarification, and works well in a team.

• Receive parts, unload using forklift equipment, and palletize as needed.
• Perform shipping, receiving, storage, distribution, and order fulfillment tasks.
• Check goods against POs or invoices and maintain records.

Stefanini is looking for a Warehouse Associate I in Greensboro, NC. Schedule: 7AM - 4PM Eastern Time.

Job Description

• Receive parts, use a forklift to unload the parts coming into the warehouse, and possibly build wooden pallets to put the inventory/parts on
• Performs the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and order fulfillment of merchandise, products, materials, parts, supplies and equipment.
• Checks goods received and for distribution against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of products

Job Requirements

• They will have to do quick training and certification that can be done in about 2-3 hours their first few days.
• Candidate MUST have standup, sit-down (standard), and cherry picker (reach truck) forklift experience.
• The person must have knowledge on how to use computers. (i.e MS Office ..etc.)
• Experience in using RF Scanners for inventory management and order processing in a fast-paced environment
• The job will require them to be on their feet 8-10 hours a day - especially during the peak period.
• Need to be dedicated, hard-working, not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get the job done.
• Able to follow instructions, but also not afraid to ask questions for clarification.
• Good teamwork skills.
