Job summary

STAline Waterworks is a Charlotte, NC based distributor seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Garner. The ideal candidate has forklift experience in a fast-paced warehouse and demonstrates a strong work ethic, safety focus, and teamwork.

Responsibilities include picking/packing orders, loading/unloading, maintaining inventory, and supporting sales teams. We offer competitive pay based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package and a safe, professional work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience operating a forklift in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to work cooperatively with others.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Read sales orders to determine items to be picked, packed, and/or shipped.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and prepare them for delivery.
• Properly stack, pack, and/or load materials to prevent product damage during shipment.
• Transfer materials and items from receiving to storage racks or other designated areas.
• Use computer or scanning device to enter records, track materials, and control inventory.
• Drive forklift to transport materials.
• Load and unload materials at the warehouse as necessary.
• Assist with general housekeeping of the warehouse and branch facility.
• Perform customer service duties as requested to support client’s needs.
• Comply with safe work habits established by the company.
• Support the Inside Sales, Outside Sales, and Branch Management teams as needed.
