Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate I position ensures the safe, accurate, and efficient movement of goods within the distribution center. Responsibilities include order pulling, packing & shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse housekeeping.

Essential Job Functions

1. Use RF scanner for inventory picks to fulfill customer orders.
2. Move orders and carts to designated areas for processing.
3. Inspect inventory and report issues to supervisor.
4. Scan and verify items before shipping.
5. Apply packaging to prevent damage during transit.
6. Validate product details like lot numbers and quantities.
7. Print and attach shipping labels.
8. Move packages to carrier staging areas.
9. Report inventory or shipment issues to supervisors.
10. Use RF scanner for inventory movements, counts, and investigations.
11. Perform inventory putaways and validate received items.
12. Ensure a safe, clean, and obstruction-free work environment.
13. Perform cleaning, organization, and waste disposal tasks.
14. Complete other assigned duties.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Ability to perform essential functions satisfactorily.
• Preferred: 3+ months of warehouse/distribution experience.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain it preferred.
• Proficiency in English reading, writing, and speaking.
• Ability to interpret safety and operational documents.
• Basic computer skills, Windows experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and with others.
• Self-motivated and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Work Environment

Indoor, climate-controlled, with moderate exposure to dust, dirt, and temperature variations. Workdays are Monday through Friday, with potential overtime. Safety-sensitive position.
