Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp is seeking a fully onsite Warehouse Associate to handle warehousing tasks such as picking, packing, put away, replenishment, RF, and cycle counts. Responsibilities include lifting and loading/unloading freight while maintaining safety and accuracy.

The role requires operating licensed equipment, adhering to safety policies, and collaborating with the team to ensure efficient operations. Excellent attention to detail is essential.

• Accuracy in performing warehouse functions and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well with others and support team goals.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehousing activities including order picking, packing, put away, replenishment, RF, cycle counts, and load/unload freight.
• Operate licensed powered industrial equipment as required.
• Follow housekeeping and safety policies and observe all safety procedures.

Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

Position Description

• May perform the duties of:
• Responsible for warehousing activities (i.e. Order picking, packing, put away, replenishment, RF, warehousing equipment, cycle counts)
• Operate licensed powered industrial equipment
• Housekeeping and safety policies need to be observed
• Responsible for accurately and efficiently performing job functions
• Perform any other related duties as directed
• Load/unload freight

Specials Skills

• Must have good manual dexterity
• Accuracy in performing warehouse functions and attention to detail
• Ability to work well with others

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift, move, manipulate up to 35 lbs.
• Must be comfortable with heights.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time.
• Must pass PIE requirements to operate equipment
