Job summary

Evolution Motion Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Associate 1 to support daily receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping tasks in a fast-paced facility in Farmers Branch, TX. This entry-level role trains under a Warehouse Supervisor and teammates to learn proper procedures and safety standards.

“Under close supervision” and with RF scanners and WMS, you will gain hands-on experience while maintaining organized work areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math and documentation skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.

SUMMARY

The Warehouse Associate 1 role is responsible for performing basic warehouse operations under close direction of a Warehouse Supervisor, trainer, or senior warehouse personnel. This role supports daily receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities while learning proper procedures, safety standards, and warehouse systems.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform basic receiving, picking, packing, and shipping tasks under close supervision
• Accurately follow work instructions, pick lists, and packing documentation
• Execute transactions using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
• Maintain organization and cleanliness within assigned work areas
• Follow standard operating procedures and quality requirements
• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Frequently required to lift and place products weighing up to 50 pounds on pallets at various heights
• Frequently move merchandise from Warehouse stock and prepare products for deliveries
• Frequently required to sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry and walk throughout the Warehouse
• Ability to safely and properly operate powered industrial equipment

WORK ENVIRONMENT

While performing the primary duties of the job, the employee is regularly exposed to a general warehouse and manufacturing environment. Work outside normal business hours may be required.
