Job summary

Evolution Motion Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Associate 1 to perform basic warehouse operations under close supervision. You will assist with receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping while learning safety practices and warehouse systems.

The role requires ability to follow instructions, lift up to 50 pounds, and work effectively in a team on a busy warehouse floor; prior warehouse experience is preferred. This position is based in Birmingham, AL.

Qualifications

SUMMARY: The Warehouse Associate 1 role is responsible for performing basic warehouse operations under close direction of a Warehouse Supervisor, trainer, or senior warehouse personnel. This role supports daily receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities while learning proper procedures, safety standards, and warehouse systems.

• Frequently required to sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry and walk throughout the Warehouse


• Ability to safely and properly operate powered industrial equipment

WORK ENVIRONMENT: While performing the primary duties of the job, the employee is regularly exposed to a general warehouse and manufacturing environment. Work outside normal business hours may be required.
