Responsibilities of an Inventory Control Associate

• Audit inventory to ensure system accuracy during order processing.
• Research and resolve issues, adjustments, and discrepancies, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and follow-up on adjustments.
• Maintain time control tables and review allocations.
• Receive products from vendors, check quality, and communicate issues to buyers.
• Maintain quality and inventory control manuals.
• Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Typically requires 2-5 years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred.
• Spanish language proficiency.
• Experience with sales order software, preferably Oracle.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
