Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

  • Order Picking (80%): Review orders and pick materials using forklift, assemble in staging lane, follow safety protocols.
  • Housekeeping (10%): Keep aisles and rack locations clean.
  • Forklift Inspections (5%): Conduct pre- and post-shift forklift inspections and escalate repairs.
  • Inventory Audit (5%): Assist in annual inventory counts, perform product counts, and log data.
  • Order Loading/Unloading (10%): Load completed orders, assist with unloading, verify received items, and manage discrepancies. Also, assist procurement and customer service teams as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made for disabilities.

  • Ability to perform basic math for inventory counts.
  • Ability to read and interpret instructions and order details.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to operate forklift safely.
  • Ability to operate RFGen Gun.
Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
Physical Requirements
  • Must pass pre-employment physical.
  • Lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Push/pull 50 pounds.
  • Stand for 80% of the day.
  • Sit for 20% of the day.
  • Twist/bend 50% of the day.
  • Squat, climb, or crawl 20% of the day.
